U.S. Marketing Website Redesign
In close collaboration with Sun Life’s U.S. marketing team, we led the redesign of their primary marketing website. The project focused on modernizing content presentation, improving navigation, and optimizing mobile user flow while working within the constraints of the global design system and Adobe Experience Manager. Our efforts introduced updated layout structures and adaptable design patterns that enhanced clarity, responsiveness, and engagement, all while maintaining alignment with global brand and platform standards.


Guided Disability Claim Intake
We led the design of a guided intake experience for members submitting disability claims through the Sun Life Secure Member Portal. The goal was to digitize and simplify a traditionally complex process through an intuitive, conversational interface. The resulting experience offered a focused, user-friendly flow that made it easier for members to navigate, complete, and track their claims with clarity and confidence.
Sun Life Learning Center
We led the design and implementation of a custom template for the Sun Life Learning Center, a knowledge base built on Salesforce Knowledge and Lightning Experience. The goal was to extend Sun Life’s brand into a more dynamic, mobile-optimized content experience. Working within the constraints of the Lightning template engine, we pushed the platform’s design boundaries to deliver a responsive solution that balanced brand consistency, usability, and performance across devices.

Progressive Web App Research Initiative
To support long-term planning, Sun Life U.S. engaged us to lead a strategic research initiative comparing Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and standalone native mobile applications. The goal was to identify the most effective technical path forward for delivering new cross-platform member features. Our research explored usability, performance, and platform constraints across both approaches, and our recommendations were adopted into Sun Life’s multi-year roadmap for digital experience and infrastructure planning.
