Brand Refresh
Our digital transformation partnership with Kitchener Scale began with a brand refresh following a change in ownership. We modernized the existing “KSL” logomark, preserving its legacy, while signalling a shift toward digitization and operational evolution. The updated brand leverages bold, capitalized typography to reflect strength and precision, while the new colour palette introduces a fresh, modern aesthetic.


Responsive Marketing Website
As part of Kitchener Scale’s digital evolution, we designed a responsive marketing website that reinforced the visual language of the new brand, relying on bold, industrial imagery and structured layouts. A clear hierarchy distinguishes core service offerings while elevating secondary ones, while prominent calls to action guide users throughout, and a mobile-optimized experience ensures accessibility and ease of use across all devices.
Field Service Manager
We developed a custom field service management application to streamline Kitchener Scale’s service operations. The platform features a universal job module enabling real-time previews of quotes, service orders, and invoices, while advanced filtering makes project tracking intuitive and distraction-free. The system also seamlessly integrates with the marketing website and QuickBooks Online, ensuring up-to-date access to customer, product, and invoice data.


Digital Signatures & Secure Payments
We introduced digital signature capture and secure payment processing to accelerate Kitchener Scale’s field operations. Technicians can now close service and rental orders on-site with digital approvals, cutting turnaround time in half. The platform also supports deposit and final payment collection directly within each job, improving cash flow and maintaining accounting accuracy through seamless integration.
Technical Optimization
Throughout our relationship, we’ve acted as a fully integrated technical partner to Kitchener Scale managing all digital initiatives and core IT infrastructure.
